The chains in McKinty\u2019s book have nothing to do with literal chains, of course, and I didn\u2019t warm to that book\u2019s cover (though the book is great). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then I saw this pairing. Though the new <em>Through a Daughter\u2019s Eyes<\/em> is apparently nothing at all like Eimear McBride\u2019s eye-opening <em>The Lesser Bohemians<\/em>, it sure conjures it.
