Mt. Etna! I’ve been there! Not under flowing lava conditions, though. Near the beautiful and historic town of Taormina. I’ve walked the lava fields on the big island of Hawai`i and felt the heat through the soles of my sandals. Unencumbered by scientific knowledge, I wonder whether the current spate of earthquakes and spewing lava indicate Mother Earth is seriously irritated about something.
